1. Overview

The Wilma platform may use AI-assisted tools to help employers process applications. Those tools are designed to support human recruiters and hiring teams, not replace them.

2. What the AI may produce

Depending on the workflow, outputs may include:

  • Transcripts
  • Summaries
  • Strengths and gaps
  • Role-alignment notes
  • Candidate-role match scores

3. How match scores work

Match scores are based on the role criteria, employer context, and information provided during the application or review process.

They are decision-support signals only. Wilma does not make hiring decisions or automatically reject candidates based on a score.

4. Candidate Packs

As a hiring process continues, the employer may build a candidate pack in Wilma. It may include application data, CVs, screening answers, transcripts, summaries, interviewer feedback, stage outcomes, recruiter notes, and match scores.

5. Mandatory Eligibility Screening

Mandatory eligibility checks are separate from AI scoring and are configured by the employer. They are used for factual requirements such as work authorisation, licences, certifications, age, location, or availability.

6. What Wilma does not do

Wilma does not use AI to assess protected characteristics, infer sensitive traits, analyse attractiveness, evaluate facial expressions, detect emotion, judge accent, score personality, or make hidden behavioural assessments.

Wilma does not make final hiring decisions, automatically reject candidates, or hide the fact that AI-assisted outputs are decision-support only.

7. Privacy and contact

Privacy requests should usually be directed to the employer named in the job posting first. Wilma will support the employer where required.
